New machinery: Hermle 9 & ZEISS O-Inspect 543

At Settels, we continue to invest in the latest technologies to elevate our production capacities, as well as our measurement and quality control processes. Recently, we have added the ZEISS O-Inspect 543 and the Hermle 9 to our measurement room and factory.
ZEISS O-Inspect 543
With the installation of the ZEISS O-Inspect 543 3D measuring machine, we can now measure with even greater accuracy. This advanced machine uses both optical and tactile measurement methods, allowing complex measurement tasks to be completed more quickly and precisely. The ultra-fine probe, with a diameter of 0.2 mm, enables us to measure even the smallest details of parts. This expansion marks an important step forward for our team and our customers, who can now rely on even higher quality and reliability.
Hermle C22U (#9)
Additionally, our production capacity has been enhanced with the new Hermle C22U (#9), a milling machine equipped with the advanced Kinematics Perfect measurement system. This machine offers greater precision than the previous Hermle 8, enabling us to work even more efficiently and accurately.
